It started off as an idea to make something real. In your hands photography, pictures in a sequence telling a story. There is something magical about a frame following a frame following a frame and so on…

And I knew I wanted to hear others stories too. Ideas floated around in my head, but when I picked up a cheap but fairly capable Canon PowerShot S90 from 2009, I found I was taking it with me everywhere, and something clicked.

What if I passed my camera on to another photographer I admire after I tell my story and let them tell theirs? What would they do with the same exact camera I told my story with? And that’s where S*CLUB started.

And with each issue a single story is told.
